Botox® relaxes the muscles
that pull your lip corners down (that angry look is
caused not just by volume loss, but also muscle
over-activity). For some people, this may be the only
treatment they need, but for most of us the best effect
is achieved with a combination of Botox® to relax muscles
and Juvéderm® to restore lost volume and fill in
wrinkling. Botox® can also be wonderful to treat the
“orange peel” appearance that can develop in the chin.
The role of Laser
Resurfacing in lip enhancement is to treat lip
lines. Lip lines can be caused by smoking and lack of
estrogen, and genetics is a big culprit in their
development. While that can be treated with creams,
